Policies are clear but sometimes overly strict. Some teams collaborate well, but interdepartmental communication could improve. There’s not much excitement day-to-day, but the coworkers are kind, and the patients are appreciative. Leadership structure is organized, though traditional. Benefits are adequate, supporting healthcare and retirement.

Training is available but generic. Telemedicine platform has been life-changing for our rural community. A respectful work environment with clear expectations. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across units, and managers are generally accessible and fair. While not particularly challenging or innovative, it’s a reasonable healthcare environment that offers stability and meets general expectations.
