The healthcare system is well-organized and responsive to both patients and employees. For underserved populations, they've reduced disparities through targeted programs. Their population health tools help us proactively manage chronic conditions. Management recognizes and rewards hard work. Coworkers are dependable, but the environment is more task-oriented than team-driven. Some departments could improve cross-team collaboration, but overall the environment feels organized and focused on meeting basic performance standards effectively. It’s not the most exciting place to work, but it does offer job security and a professional environment. Nothing flashy here, but the work is honest and consistent.

The benefits package is good, but pay increases are rare. The leadership and ethical standards are exemplary. Their team of physicians, nurses and specialists coordinated seamlessly to address my complex condition. Excellent benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization.
