Communication is mostly top-down, with minimal employee involvement in decision-making.

Their team works together seamlessly, making visits quick and comfortable. This clinic functions well enough, but other staff seem stressed. Outreach initiatives and volunteer opportunities are offered regularly. Schedules are predictable but occasionally rigid.
