Training programs exist but lack consistency and and it can meet all employee needs. Production targets are realistic. Work can be repetitive depending on department. It can be hard to switch shifts or accommodate special requests without early notice.

Entry-level roles offer decent stability but limited room to grow unless you push for advancement. The company culture here exceeds all my expectations for manufacturing work. Management is transparent and communicates effectively with the employees. Shift work schedules can be demanding and affect work-life balance.
