Resources are adequate, and it is available when needed most. Leadership is professional but can be distant. Their team of physicians, nurses and specialists coordinated seamlessly to address my complex condition.

I appreciate how well this healthcare team communicates. Patient volume remains manageable. The healthcare system is well-organized and responsive to both patients and employees. Overall, it’s a decent, steady workplace with a focus on maintaining the status quo.

Staff are polite but sometimes seem overextended. It’s not the most exciting place to work, but it does offer job security and a professional environment. Leadership is communicative, and the culture fosters collaboration and respect.
