Company to Host Complimentary Learning and Networking Events Addressing Key Topics in Compensation

During “FLSA Streamlining: What We Know and How to Prepare,” Szypko will offer insight into the U.S. Department of Labor’s proposed amendments to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), designed to streamline the exemption process in regard to overtime pay. If implemented, these changes will have a significant impact on compensation leaders, driving the need for a better understanding of the proposed changes. Attendees will learn the background of this proposal, how the amendments would affect their business processes and strategies, and how they can prepare for the changes they would introduce.

In the “Creating Compensation Ambassadors: Engaging Managers to Willingly and Effectively Talk About Pay” sessions, Szypko will discuss how compensation professionals can help managers to have meaningful, productive conversations around pay with their teams.
