Derek Beebe Brings More Than 20 Years of Software Sales Leadership and Deep Domain Expertise to Propel’s 50% Year-Over-Year Bookings Growth

With a proven track record of success at Willis Towers Watson, PeopleFluent, Authoria, and Advanced Information Management (AIM)– all leaders in talent management industry with particular strength in compensation – Beebe moves to his new post at with deep domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and a keen understanding of the needs of compensation and human resources professionals.

He spent the last eight years at Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, where he launched and grew the North American Human Resources Technology Sales Practice, ultimately becoming a Global Sales Leader. Before leaving to join, Beebe was responsible for Global HR Software Sales and North America Talent Rewards Segment Sales. For the 12 years prior to his role at Willis Towers Watson, Beebe held various sales and product leadership roles at Peoplefluent, Authoria, and AIM, selling into 80 percent of the Fortune 100.
