A technical resource to development and project management that both prepares and reviews 3rd party independent cost estimates, scopes of services for professional services, A/E services, scopes of work for construction work, technical studies and reports, design documents and provides licensed professional seal to prepared drawings for small modernization projects (if the successful candidate is a licensed architect), conducts daily onsite inspections of assigned projects and prepares daily construction reports, meeting minutes (as applicable) and provides technical assistance/guidance to all department staff as requested.
