Responsibilities: Respond to escalated technical support tickets and assist in determining the nature of the technical issues, almost exclusively via remote access. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and/or networking issues by conducting tests, analyzing the problem, and provide suggestions for solutions. Program and install new hardware systems, software upgrades or networking cables. Provide technical and/or operational training as needed. Document hardware configuration information, software configuration administration, network performance and network layouts on a regular basis. When necessary, travel to Clients’ offices or server locations for hardware and network malfunctions.
