Job Description Job Description Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and support of facility maintenance. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes and responds to all assigned work orders, troubleshooting calls, and emergency maintenance calls. Performs repairs and facility support tasks including but not limited to, carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, production equipment and move/install office furniture as needed and in collaboration with Building Maintenance team members. Assists with coordinating various vendor communication (i.e. for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Facility Maintenance). Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment logs. Assists with vendor/equipment manufacturer-proposed preventative maintenance requirements and schedules are developed into standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
