Overview: The Medical Technologist Senior is responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures. The Medical Technologist Senior position performs requested clinical procedures on body fluids and clinical procedures related to patient care; perform quality control, maintenance, trouble shooting on laboratory instruments; perform clerical work in the absence of a technical assistant; assist the supervisor in any capacity requested. He/She does an inventory assessment and order supplies as needed.
