The continuing education stipend has helped me earn two new certifications this year. There are plenty of resources for ongoing education, and I’ve grown so much since I started. The transparency here builds tremendous trust. Training materials are available but often outdated. Leadership listens but sometimes lacks follow-up. Pay is average, and benefits are acceptable and it is exceptional. Our clinic handles difficult situations with remarkable professionalism.
