Cross-training opportunities allow employees to develop diverse skills across different production areas. Not much room for creativity, but that’s expected in manufacturing. Training programs enhance technical and leadership skills. There is a lot of upward movement, that’s not unexpected in my role.

The environment is professional but can feel hierarchical, limiting innovation and flexibility in some areas. In our manufacturing setting, everyone is quick to lend a hand and share knowledge. Some roles feel more supported than others.
