What would I be doing?: To ensure all types of facility maintenance and construction are performed in a safe, timely and cost efficient manner for all dockside facilities Responsibilities: To provide primary and specialized support for all mechanical equipment, related systems (i.e. HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, restaurant, plumbing, structural, etc.), and all general building/facilities both interior and exterior (i.e. carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.) through delegation of responsibilities to the crew and personal hands-on performance. Conduct and review periodic employee performance appraisals and conduct regular coaching sessions. Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards. What are we looking for?: Must be skilled in the use of all hand and power tools related to facility based maintenance.
