Job Description Job Description FINISHING OPERATOR - Primary There will be a 10-day probationary period that must be successfully completed. Day 1 is a 11:00 am - 7:00 pm shift. This is for orientation. Days 2 through 10 are a 10:00 am – 6:00 pm shift. This position requires the candidate to work every other Saturday after their probationary period has been successfully completed! During the probationary period the candidate will be exposed to several aspects of production. They will be evaluated on their skill set, their behavior, their bedside manner and their ability to take instructions and apply. The candidate is allowed 0.5 attendance points during the probationary period. Instances where the candidate exceeds 0.5 attendance points the candidate would not be allowed to continue working. The candidate will be moved to a 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm shift once they have successfully completed their probationary period. The candidate will also be expected to perform all duties that would fall
