Purpose/Scope This position is responsible for improving the Company's profitability by implementing Lean principles and practices to improve the operation's Safety/5S, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC). The Production Supervisor provides all necessary direction to support groups and those within his/her area of responsibility to insure the proper fulfillment of customer orders.
