This role will play a key part in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Job Description: As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will own the process to expedite components to ensure timely arrival for production. This includes verification of order timelines, coordination of dock appointment schedules between vendors and manufacturing, coordination of logistics ensuring that components arrive on time for productions. Key Responsibilities: Reviews open purchase order report for Company owned components, and communicates high priority items to vendors, to maintain compliance with On Time Delivery (OTD). Follows up with vendors, logistics department and manufacturing facilities to ensure components' arrivals on time.
