The Foundation is a trust fund established in 1990, made possible by the large bequest of Mr. Leroy Castle. The Bank of Bluffs serves as Trustee. The Foundations mission is to assist in developing and increasing the capabilities of the school district for the education of and services to its students, alumni, and citizens of the district. The Foundation serves as a supplementary resource to the district.
