Position Summary/Purpose: Grand Canyon University (GCU) maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations identified by the IRS as 501(c)(3) by virtue of their charitable programs. The collective mission of 501(c)(3) organizations in the Phoenix Valley is to improve the quality of life for community residents or to solve particular problems related to those residents' needs. GCU maintains a partnership with Victory Schools located at 3535 N. 63rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85033. Victory Schools empower K-12 students, including those with autism, ensuring they receive essential and equitable educational opportunities in order to thrive and achieve success. The CSLP student worker's work schedule is dependent on the hours of operations and needs of Victory Schools; however, CSLP student workers may not work more than 20 hours per week during the academic year (i.e., fall/spring).
