Leadership is fine, but communication could be improve.

It fosters a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. Overall a competent environment with reasonable expectations. The leadership team checks in often, and no concern goes unheard. I’ve had several opportunities to upskill and take on new responsibilities. However, there’s little excitement in the day-to-day tasks.
