Since 1995, we have provided quality affordable housing to seniors, the disabled, singles and families. We have properties across Utah, as well as in Minnesota. Community Housing Services, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) Utah-based nonprofit equal opportunity housing provider operating in 13 urban and rural counties, with one property in Rochester, Minnesota.
