COPE is the Ozaukee County Hotline. Located in Southeastern Wisconsin, COPE Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency. We provide emotional support, crisis intervention, information and referral services to Ozaukee County and the Greater Milwaukee Area. We accomplish our mission by the maintenance of a 24-hour telephone hotline and the development of educational materials and programs.
