Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Develops, coordinates, implements, and organizes the daily tasks and initiatives for the successful operation of the donor and sponsor concierge program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Two (2) years of experience in a customer service or front-of-house role. Preference will be given to those with customer service experience in theater, formal event (sporting, religious, academic, catering, public/private reception), and/or restaurant hosting/serving. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Represents and coordinates Sponsor and Donor Concierge Program, providing premium quality customer services to Eccles Theater VIP guests. Coordinates resolution of program issues.
