Cressy Door Company was originally created by Waid Cressy in 1952 as an independent garage door company. Mr. Cressy had one employee and a strong desire to provide the best service in the Seattle area. In 1974 the business was sold to Fred Witters who continued the success of Cressy Door. Fred Witters sold the business in 1995 to his son, Rick Witters, who currently owns and operates the Cressy Door Company. The business has grown immensely over the years to over forty employees, increased products and services including 24 hour emergency repair service. Rick expanded the business in 1998 to include a Kent location. Cressy Door still maintains their excellent reputation for quality and service since 1952. We are listed in Builder and Contractor publications. We recently were in American Contractor Magazine as a feature story. This magazine went out to 8000 contractors and property owners in the Pacific Northwest area. We attend trade shows in the Seattle area. Our team of motivated employees are highly qualified and experienced sales and service specialists from within the door industry.
