Conform Machine Operator JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The main purpose of this position is to perform all the necessary functions for producing a quality bare wire product. All aspects of this position are On the Job Training. All employees will be trained fully by a Qualified Trainer. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education/Experience Minimum high school graduate or the equivalent is preferred. A manufacturing or industrial background is preferred but not necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as a member of a team. This person must be able to sit, climb, bend, stoop and reach while working in a production environment. Must be able to manually lift up to 70 pounds and move heavier objects with mechanical assistance. Good eyesight is a requirement. Must have manual dexterity for writing and banding activity.
