District 2 of Area 13 of Alcoholics Anonymous serves as the vital link between the conscience of the groups in upper Northwest Washington, DC and A.A.'s General Service structure. District 2 helps groups in upper Northwest Washington, DC connect to each other and the rest of A.A., allows them to convene to make decisions affecting groups locally, and take on important A.A. service projects that are only possible when groups work together. It is comprised of A.A. groups meeting in the following neighborhoods and zip codes.
