Dobbin Agency was founded by Walter Dobbin in May of 1952. He started out on a small desk in a converted bedroom with a rate manual and a lot of hope. Walter was active in the business until his retirement in 2000, after which he served as a consultant. Walter passed away on March 2, 2012. The agency moved from Red Creek to Wolcott in 1958.
