Eastern Pulmonary & Sleep PC was formed in 2001 by Dr. Alan Vines and Dr. Maria Johnson. Dr. Gerald Dey joined the group in 2003, and Dr. Brian Flanagan joined in 2012. The main hospital tie is St. Vincent's East, which is located only 3/10 of a mile from our office building, the Pilot building.
