The physical workspace is bright, open, and conducive to collaboration. Work-from-home flexibility is sometimes available, depending on the role and current projects. It’s a rewarding environment to build a career. This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together. The performance review process is fair, transparent, and constructive. Employees are respected and treated fairly, but recognition is infrequent. However, there's not much variety, and growth opportunities appear limited for most roles.
