Job Title Assistant or Associate Professor - Director of Access Services Department Administration Essential Functions As an integral member of the Criss Library management team, the Director of Access Services provides leadership, vision and strategic direction for the department, which includes the service desks and interlibrary loan. Reporting to the Dean, the Director leads a team that provides administration of circulation, reserves, interlibrary loan, document delivery, stacks maintenance, and overseeing public spaces. This position helps administer the library's integrated library system's (ILS) circulation module, and oversees local administration of the interlibrary loan automation system. The Director works to promote the department and library services to campus student, faculty, and staff audiences. as well as fulfilling requirements of faculty status in areas of contributions to librarianship, scholarly activities, and service. The anticipated start date is January 1, 2025
