The work environment is positive, inclusive, and open to feedback. The culture is respectful but leans conservative in terms of change. However, the culture is reserved. This sense of purpose makes my daily work feel meaningful and important. Managers are approachable but often stretched thin.

Management genuinely invests in developing talent - I've had access to leadership training, skills workshops, and even tuition reimbursement for relevant certifications. Leadership is fine, but communication could be improve. I appreciate the transparent communication from management and the clear career paths available. Work-from-home flexibility is sometimes available, depending on the role and current projects. Employees receive clear guidelines and responsibilities, which help with job clarity but limit creativity. Joining this organization was one of the best career decisions I’ve made. I have a great sense of pride in our work.
