At Extra Care, we focus our efforts on local recruitment; we provide comprehensive training and regular supervision through our local community teams. We care for some of the most vulnerable people in our society and we believe part of our role is to try and make their voices are heard, to help give people that are being cared for at home a greater profile when decisions over resources are being made. It can take up to 30 people theatre style or 15 people boardroom style. There is a built-in overhead projector and laptop available for use, and free WiFi throughout the building.
