Cross-functional collaboration is strong, and deadlines are respected. Training programs are available and it is somehow comprehensive or engaging. There’s very little team engagement, and most employees keep to themselves.

I value the positive and motivating atmosphere that this company has fostered. Equipment functions well most of the time. The culture is respectful, but team interaction feels minimal.
