Job Description Job Description Our prominent client is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position with a competitive base salary & benefits. Responsibilities: Manage administrative and accounting activities Check and verify all the ledgers (general accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll) Performs the monthly financial close activities. Posting of month end journal entries including but not limited to accruals, reclassifications entries, etc. Reviews and analyses the balance sheet and profit & loss statement for correctness and completeness Liaises with internal and external auditors and presenting them with necessary information Supports local tax filings, payments, and audits, including tax accounting Prepares governmental reports (i.e. statistical reports) and ad hoc requests as required Manage the entries related to taxes and prepare the supporting documentation Prepare the Statutory Annual Accounts and Periodical / Annual Tax
