Benefits are standard and it is somehow exceptional. Regular training, readily available PPE, and a culture where you’re encouraged to speak up about concerns make me feel safe and respected on the job every single day. If you value routine and simplicity, you’ll be comfortable here. Production goals are fair and consistently met. Training is provided but and it can be tailored to individual needs.

Recognition programs celebrate employee achievements regularly. Regular employee recognition programs contribute to a positive work atmosphere. Work can be repetitive, with occasional high-pressure periods during peak production. Coworkers were helpful, and managers checked in regularly. A great example of how manufacturing should be managed at this scale.
