Description Leidos is seeking an experienced senior leader to lead shared business services across the Navy & Marine Corps IT business. This leader will drive performance of direct and matrixed staff providing common services to programs and contracts within the business area, to enable their mission success, while also driving the day-to-day execution of the business area’s service center(s) and implementing business efficiencies. The candidate will be responsible for removing impediments from their teams and delivering outstanding services for multiple stakeholders including division, program, and Leidos leadership. Enabling successful leverage of Leidos best practices and capabilities applied to funded programs and contracts is a key tenant in this position.
