Staff relationships are generally positive, management is always responsive. We’re encouraged to suggest process improvements, and that feedback is respected. Structured environment with clear roles, but little room for creativity. I’ve enjoyed excellent benefits and job stability here.

Decision-making is centralized, responsiveness. Collaboration varies by team, with some departments working well together and others more isolated. The team atmosphere is supportive and respectful, encouraging employees to contribute ideas that improve both patient outcomes and organizational performance. Their school-based counseling program has been particularly valuable. While this limits collaboration, it also reduces unnecessary meetings and interruptions. Leadership is supportive in some areas but inconsistent across the system.

Scheduling is fair, though occasionally inflexible. Training opportunities are present but vary in quality. I feel proud to contribute to a mission-driven organization with meaningful impact. Employees are empowered to speak up and fix problems.
