We’re always encouraged to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table. Leadership is fine, but communication could be improve. Management is great at celebrating wins, big or small. It helps everyone understand how their role contributes to the bigger picture, which is great. My first week included a comprehensive orientation, assigned mentor, and gradual ramp-up of responsibilities.
