Roles & Responsibilities: 4 to 5 years in medical device manufacturing. Experience in Process Validations (IQ, OQ & PQ). Experience in process development & validation of Laser Welding/TIG/MIG (Titanium) for miniature components. Experience in process development & validation of Injection Moulding of polyurethanes. Experience in process development & validation of Extrusion of fluoropolymers. Experience in manufacturing of Cable Assembly (cabling, braiding, termination). Experience in PFMEA. Experience in Data analysis (Minitab).
