Good for gaining experience, and it is exciting. Feedback is focused on growth and development, with clear goals set for the coming year. The networking opportunities are fantastic. Trustworthy and dependable. Having a leader who actively supports your career and well-being is a huge asset and contributes significantly to my job satisfaction. The work is steady and manageable, but it doesn’t always allow for creative freedom.
