The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for supporting and leading the journey to a proactive maintenance culture by maximizing system reliability at the lowest life-cycle cost. The Reliability Engineer will (1) serve as a technical resource for manufacturing equipment and systems, (2) identify, develop, and execute strategic solutions to plant performance issues, (3) build capabilities of technical support personnel and plant line teams, and (4) know how to utilize data to support strategic initiatives and set reliability priorities for the plant. This role will report directly to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager while building a strong internal network within the maintenance, engineering, and operations communities of practice.
