The services are functional, though not groundbreaking. This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together. We provide essential services that allow our clients’ businesses to grow and succeed. Social events are well-organized, and there are plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of work tasks.

However, expectations are clear and deadlines are usually reasonable. I’ve learned more here in a year than I did in my previous three roles. Leadership promotes innovation and growth. Senior leadership provides strategic guidance while their large team handles execution flawlessly. There are minimal chances to innovate, and promotions are uncommon. Processes are efficient, but the workplace feels overly formal. The depth of expertise across employees is remarkable. I feel like they are personally invested in my success.

Client relationships are built on trust and partnership, not just transactions. It feels very egalitarian. Employees are empowered to take initiative and propose new ideas, and those efforts are recognized and rewarded.
