My manager is my biggest advocate. They get the job done without major issues, but innovation isn’t their strong suit. Everyone’s voice is heard. Impressive for such a large organization. It allows me to fully recharge and come back to work feeling refreshed and motivated. I'm consistently impressed by the high caliber of my colleagues; everyone is knowledgeable, driven, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. Our team dynamic is fantastic; there's a genuine sense of camaraderie and mutual respect that makes collaborating on complex financial solutions enjoyable and effective.

Benefits are okay, not the best. Employees are respected and treated fairly, but recognition is infrequent. The culture here values transparency and team collaboration, which makes daily work more fulfilling. Collaborative environment with great teamwork.
