There’s an emphasis on development and cross-functional teamwork. It’s a decent place to gain experience. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. The performance review process is fair, transparent, and constructive. They trust us to manage our tasks but are always there to offer guidance when needed.

Still, the team is respectful, and the expectations are clearly communicated. Collaboration across teams is seamless here, which is remarkable for a company. Advancement opportunities are clear, and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. However, there’s little cross-functional collaboration, which can make things feel siloed and monotonous. There are plenty of breakout areas for informal discussions and quiet zones for focused work. The compensation package is very competitive and is regularly reviewed to ensure it stays that way. The company has successfully maintained a startup-like collaborative spirit despite its large size, which makes problem-solving and innovation much more effective.
