There’s very little team engagement, and most employees keep to themselves. Entry-level roles offer decent stability but limited room to grow unless you push for advancement. However, the environment feels a bit disconnected at times. There’s little variation day to day, and most tasks are repetitive. Equipment is mostly up-to-date but occasional delays in upgrades. Training was straightforward, and my team was very welcoming. I’ve always known what’s expected of me, and help is readily available. Processes are clearly laid out, and there’s rarely any confusion about responsibilities.

Training programs exist but and it can be sufficiently tailored. Job security is very strong. Welcoming environment with helpful coworkers.

Management listens, and the work feels meaningful. They provide the tools and training needed to succeed and prioritize a safe working environment above all else. Processes are somewhat outdated, but they still function. I appreciate the emphasis on innovation and the investment in advanced manufacturing technologies, which keeps our processes efficient and our products superior.
