The management style is hands-off. Management follows protocol, but there’s limited innovation unless upper leadership initiates change. Coupled with a strong safety record and opportunities for skill development, it’s a manufacturing company I am proud to recommend as a fantastic employer that truly cares. Knowing the long-term goals and how our work contributes to them is very motivating. They are transparent in their communications and always make time to listen to employees. Communication flows adequately but could be more frequent and transparent. Production goals are fair and consistently met. I feel fortunate to be part of this manufacturing team.
