Identity Systems is a high-volume US manufacturer or printed signage, custom name badges / name tags and attachments, POS Signage, photo ID cards, vinyl pouches, custom printed table tents, and more. With backgrounds in engineering, business and graphic design, Judy Anderson and her husband Pat founded ISI in 1986 as "Identification Systems, Inc." Over the next few years they outgrew the original location in Westerville, Ohio and moved the company in 1994 to a larger building on King Avenue in Columbus. As demand for ISI's line of badges, signage and attachments increased, the company outgrew the King Avenue location and relocated to a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility just south of downtown Columbus, Ohio in 2000. Outfitted for high-output printing, the Stimmel Road location supports the employment of close to 60 employees and has a modern, highly streamlined system of production. ISI changed its name to Identity Systems, Inc. in 2002, with a goal of continuing to expand and evolve its existing offering of custom printed identity-related materials. In 2011, Identity Systems, Inc. was recognized and certified as a Woman's Business Enterprise by WBENC. WBENCs national standard of certification is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection.
