Job Description Job Description Bastrop Energy Center is a 615 MW 2x1 combined cycle natural gas power plant located in Cedar Creek, Texas. The site is comprised of two GE 7FA gas turbines and a single Toshiba steam turbine. The Plant Manager is responsible for directing all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities at the facility. The Plant Manager leads the O&M staff to assure an adequate supply of manpower, tools, equipment, and external support is available to provide for the safe and efficient 24/7 operation of the facility.
