For those who received your first vaccine at our events on February 2nd, 4th, 6th, or 9th please return in the same time slot your were assigned for your first dose. The date for your return in on the back of your vaccine card. If you have any questions, please email info@jamestownhealth.org Effective immediately, teachers and other school and childcare staff may register for any DOSE 1 COVID vaccination drive-through clinics in Sequim regardless of age. A new online registration question will ask whether you work for a school, a school district or a childcare center. Please bring your School ID with you to the vaccination event. We will continue for those 65 or older and their spouse or domestic partner in the car may be younger and can be registered at the same time. Another addition, we are adding eligibility to those 50+ and living in a multi-generational household. Registration will be in one-hour time blocks between 8 am and 1 p.m. each day. Once online registration is complete, a ticket with date and time should be printed and brought with you. Each person/couple in a vehicle must have a registration ticket. During the open registration period, those people who do not have internet access can call 360-681-3447 for assistance. Volunteers at the call center will use the online system to make an appointment for you. Your registration will be on file at the check-in booth. This call center number will only be available during the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm while the registration is live.
