There’s room to grow. While this can sometimes feel a bit rigid, it also means expectations are clear. I feel lucky to be a part of this team and look forward to my future here. The leadership genuinely listens and communicates goals clearly. Working here has allowed me to stretch my abilities and explore new paths I hadn’t considered before. Performance expectations are realistic, but recognition is infrequent. There are minimal chances to innovate, and promotions are uncommon. The size means requests sometimes go through multiple channels. While we are all driven to succeed, there isn't a culture of working excessive hours. Encouraging feedback from management.
